With over a decade of dog training experience, Keith brings passion and leadership to the team. He’s especially enthusiastic about protection dog training and is dedicated to building a strong, supportive dog community in the Bay Area. Giving back and helping others thrive is at the heart of his mission.

Kelsey has been working with dogs for more than 10 years and is passionate about making a difference—both for animals and the people who care for them. She enjoys the peaceful ranch lifestyle and loves empowering dog owners to confidently take their dogs into the real world.

Adrianah

With over 10 years of experience, Adrianah specializes in dog sports and building strong bonds between dogs and their people. She shares her home with four dogs and is passionate about helping owners better understand and connect with their canine companions.

Rachel has spent her whole life around animals and brings that deep-rooted passion into her work. Calm, patient, and dedicated, she loves watching owners grow in confidence as they learn to communicate clearly with their dogs. Seeing families overcome challenges and build stronger relationships is what inspires her every day. At home, Rachel enjoys hiking, exploring the outdoors, and training in dog sports with her two dogs.

Vasili

Trainer

Vasili began his journey in dog training two years ago after getting his first dog while in college and deciding to pursue his passion for working with dogs full-time. After leaving school to focus on building a career in the industry, he joined the team in September of 2025 and continued developing his skills through hands-on experience and expert mentorship from Head Trainer, Adrianah and the rest of the team. Since starting his career, Vasili has also welcomed a second dog into his life, continuing to apply what he learns in training to his own dogs every day. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his dogs, exploring the outdoors, playing video games, watching movies, and finding new ways to continue learning and improving.

Jannik

Apprentice Trainer

Jannik has grown up with dogs his entire life, but his true passion for dog training began as a client at Inclined Canine Academy. Experiencing firsthand how the program transformed the relationship with his own dog inspired him to make a major career change, leaving the tech industry to pursue dog training full-time. Today, Jannik’s favorite part of the job is helping owners build stronger, more fulfilling relationships with their dogs. He is passionate about guiding each team toward success and looks forward to helping both dogs and their owners thrive together.

Angel is dedicated to providing compassionate, attentive care while supporting each dog’s training journey. With a lifelong passion for dogs, she is committed to showing the same love and patience as she does her own dog. Outside of work, Angel enjoys spending time with her dog, whether it’s going on walks, to the lake or fun activities.
